Studio Policies
  1. Positive Attitude: We believe that a positive attitude is essential for growth and success in dance. We encourage all dancers to approach each class with enthusiasm, respect for themselves and others, and a willingness to learn and improve.

  2. No Cell Phones: In order to maintain focus and minimize distractions during class, we ask that all cell phones be turned off or silenced and stored away in your dancer's dance bag. Texting, calling, or using social media during class disrupts the learning environment and is not permitted.

  3. No Gum: Chewing gum is not allowed in the dance studio. Not only can gum be a choking hazard, but it can also be distracting and disrespectful to instructors and fellow dancers. We ask that all students refrain from chewing gum while in the studio.

  4. No Talking in Class: During class time, we ask that students refrain from talking or engaging in conversations with others. This helps to maintain focus, concentration, and respect for the instructor and fellow classmates. Questions and discussions are encouraged during appropriate times designated by the instructor.

  5. Arrive on Time: Punctuality is important in dance training. Please arrive on time for your scheduled classes to ensure a proper warm-up and to minimize disruptions to the class.

  6. Respect the Studio Space: Treat the studio space, equipment, and facilities with care and respect. Clean up after yourself and avoid touching or tampering with equipment unless instructed to do so by your instructor.

  7. Dress Code: Wear appropriate dance attire and footwear as specified for each class. This helps to create a cohesive and professional atmosphere while allowing for freedom of movement and proper technique.

  8. Respect for Instructors and Peers: Show respect for your instructors, fellow dancers, and staff members at all times. Listen attentively, follow instructions, and support each other in your dance journey.

  9. Registration and Payments All students must complete the registration process before attending classes. Tuition fees must be paid in full by the 1st of each month. Tuition collected after the 10th of the month will be charged a $20.00 late fee.

  10. Make Up Classes:  There are no credits or refunds for missed classes. If you are going to miss a class, please let the studio know as soon as possible. Missed classes may be made up within two weeks but not be applied to future tuition. Please provide the studio 24 hours advance noticed of when you would like to take a make class.

  11. Reporting an Absence: If you need to miss a class, please let us know by filling out this FORM.

  12. Dropping Classes: If you need to drop a class, please do so by filling out this FORM before the 25th of the month. Failure to do so by the 25th of the month may result in being charged for a month of tuition. No make up classes are available for dropped classes.

By adhering to these studio policies, we can all contribute to a positive, focused, and respectful learning environment where dancers can thrive and achieve their goals. Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to excellence!
