Registration:

        Each student is required to fill out registration form prior to the first class. An annual registration fee of $25.00 for a single child and $35.00 per family (which is non-refundable) is pro-rated and is required for all tuition students. Registration fee is due at time of enrollment and each September 1st thereafter.

Tuition:

        Tuition is charged monthly, regardless of whether there are 3, 4, or 5 weeks in a month. Tuition is due at the first lesson of the month. Tuition will not be pro-rated due to missed classes and is not refundable due to any cause. All vacation time off must have 30 day written notice, or classes will be charged. Tuition collected after the 7th of the month will be charged a $20.00 late fee. Once you break the discounted unlimited plan and pay by the lesson, you cannot return to the monthly plan in the same year. There will be a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks. Following one returned check, we ask that all subsequent payments be in cash. If payment is more than 60 days in arrears, the student will not be able to participate in class until the payment is made.

        Once you break the discounted unlimited plan and pay by the lesson, you canot return to the montly plan in the same year. Additional fees will apply for master classes.

        THERE ARE NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS FOR MISSED CLASSES. MISSED CLASSES MAY BE MADE UP WITHIN THREE WEEKS BUT NOT BE APPLIED TO FUTURE TUTION. THERE WILL BE A $25.00 SERVICE CHARGE FOR RETURNED CHECKS.
